Hand Woven Scarf -Water
Woven by a women's weaving cooperative in San Antonio Palopo, this perraje embodies the Mayan symbol for water. That's highly appropriate since San Antonio sits on the banks of the incredible Lago Atitlan.
Natural dyes of añil and ruda were used to color this incredible design. The rayon thread was dyed by being hand tied before it was woven. The labor intensive process gives this amazing piece a true artisan appeal.
The scarf measures 19 x 76 inches.
